日蝕可編程振蕩器原廠編碼

 日蝕可編程振蕩器只是一個(gè)振蕩器,其中使用整數(shù)模式或分?jǐn)?shù)鎖相環(huán)(PLL)將諧振器頻率后處理到所需的輸出頻率。所采用的諧振器是體聲波(BAW)石英晶體諧振器或MEMS(微機(jī)電系統(tǒng))諧振器。振蕩器輸出頻率和其他操作功能使用集成電路的內(nèi)部可編程存儲(chǔ)器進(jìn)行配置。該電路由振蕩器環(huán)路、典型鎖相環(huán)路(PLL)和相關(guān)功能塊組成,以促進(jìn)各種偏置電平和輸出邏輯配置。
